Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Where your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered the dispatch process. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Where an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day after you receive the final item from that order.

Returning Your Items

- Securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, resulting in diminished value, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns made because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us before returning it. Where the issue is confirmed, we will assist with the appropriate return arrangements and reasonable return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where applicable by law, including:

- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact our customer support team through the Contact Us page as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us assess the issue promptly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs of the item and packaging, where relevant.
We will review the matter and provide the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, or once acceptable evidence of return has been provided where applicable, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and normally within 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Your bank, card provider or payment service provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Delivery Charge Refunds
Where you cancel an entire eligible order within the applicable cancellation period, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery service, where a delivery charge was paid.
If you selected a delivery service that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, any additional premium delivery cost will not be refunded beyond the value of standard delivery.
Where only part of an order is returned, original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by law or the return relates to a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but it has not yet appeared in your account, please:
- Check your bank account or original payment method again.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is formally posted.
